Support for Adults:

Psychotherapy for Adults:

I offer psychotherapy services tailored specifically for adults seeking support and guidance. I do not have a one-size-fits-all-approach. My therapy sessions provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, career and life transitions. My goal is to help you develop insight, coping skills, and strategies to navigate difficulties and improve your overall health and well-being.

I will not just ask you “How does that make you feel?” (okay, it might slip a time or two) but instead I will challenge you to be curious and open to the wisdom and insight your body holds. You are more than just your story. Sometimes you can process life events cognitively and sort things out.

There will be other times you just can’t think or talk your way out of it- you’ve tried it -and the symptoms you struggle with just don’t resolve and at times even become worse. That is when a mind-body somatic approach can be very helpful and restorative to reclaim a sense of ease in your mind and your body and your life.

One (of several) things I have learned in 30 years of providing mental health therapy utilizing a mind-body approach is that all of us have the innate nervous system capacity and blueprint in our bodies for health, strength, coherence, and resilience. It can become obscured by trauma or the challenges we face in our lives. We can lose contact with it, feel broken and lost, but it has always been there and it has never left you. It is waiting and ready to welcome you back home.
