Insurance:
I know navigating insurance can feel like a complex maze.
I am In-Network with Crime Victim Compensation panels in Boulder, Arapahoe, Douglas, Broomfield, Jefferson, Gilpin and Adams County. My application to accept Denver Crime Victims Compensation is pending. I will work directly with your Victim Advocate and ensure no cost related to services is billed directly to you.
I am able to accept Kaiser. I am unable to take other insurances at this time and am not able to accept Medicaid/CHP+/Medicare clients.
Often, clients wish to offset the cost of mental health care by submitting for out-of-network reimbursement. If you wish to get reimbursed through Out-of-Network (OON) benefits please first check with your insurance carrier to determine if your plan has this benefit. I can provide you with a Superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Insurance providers require a diagnosis and can/do request documentation to determine if the services provided meet medical necessity criteria as established by the insurance carrier. It is common for insurance companies to deny care, limit session numbers they will approve, and to dictate how care is provided in an effort to increase their profit margins, which is the reason I have chosen to remain out of network on most plans.
Payment is due in full at the time of service payable with your credit or debit or HSA card.
